Terrible, just like AT&T's service itself. Poor stability, insufficient alerts, trouble with auto-pay, and problems recognizing existing accounts.

I've been with AT&T for a week. I've been able to sign in to this app a grand total of one time. For the first 4 days I couldn't even recieve any texts or calls. Not impressed with AT&T AT ALL. Switching back to Verizon as soon as possible. Save your time. Skip this trash.

Absolutely terrible, just like all of the other ATT apps. Infinitely stuck on a load screen with a spinning ball.

The only thing it is good for is to check my bill or do upgrades.. I want to apply for discounts through my job and all of a sudden when I click the upload button the app wants to freeze. I can upgrade 1 phone line while after I try to down grade my child's line and the app wants to freeze up and not allow me to change the plan just stays stuck on Loading. Doesn't sound like they are all about what helps the customer. It's all about upcharges only. So disappointing 😞

Slow to load, can not access billing or historty most of time but can get to sales without issues. Would think could do a better app.

Att sucks. Literally anyone would be better. Their customer service is a joke amd their app will crash if the "escalate to a manager". I spoke to 4 agents and each one told me the same generic line, escalated to a manager, and promptly ended the chat without helping.
